Here it is! Its called "Deb's Delight!" After our lovely Saturday evening being wined and dined by Debbie and Leigh, I fell in love with her dessert, a concoction of a biscuit base, brandy, Greek Yoghurt and fresh raspberries I decided to use my imagination and make my own especially as Valentines Day is looming and I do love the romantic touch.  I crumbled digestive biscuits, added brandy then Greek Yoghurt and honey. Then I added a chopped banana, added glace cherries, sprinkled chocolate on top of fresh cream and added mint leaves. Put in refrigerator for two hours and the outcome: Very tasty, very filling and Very healthy

We do enjoy our personal moments with such cherished friends. Debbie and Leigh cooked us the most amazing dinner last night, what with smokes salmon, pate' and stilton & pear canopes, roast lamb and all the vegetables you can think of and to follow the most incredible dessert: Greek yoghurt laced with fresh raspberries and brandy. We also shared our evening with friends Ginette and Dave.  Isnt it a wonderful thing when you know how much you are loved. I know we do and we so appreciate it. Photo by Deb & Leighs daughter, Felicity Glenister.  Thought of the Day: The only thing you will ever learn is to love and be loved in return.

Isnt Life Wonderful?! I always look upon nature as the signs of life. The fact that all winter, the trees and shrubs bear no leaf or flower...and then, suddenly without warning, you see those little bits of greenery and the bulbs in the garden raise their heads above the soil that make you realize that everything concerning nature doesnt die at all but lives on! How symbolic when you believe in the afterlife!
