Yes thats right!  If you are feeling lo, go and find a pretty place. A woodland or a park, anywhere where there are trees. Now you ask the tree its permission that its alright and the tree doesnt mind you asking for a little of its energy then throw your arms around it and hug it. Maybe you just wish to stand with your back to it? However you choose to do it, it doesnt matter but when you do this feel the energy form the roots come up to meet you as you give the tree some of your energy in return.  Make life 50 50 like we should do with people in our lives. Give and take.  Of course if you cant find a tree, ask the universe to send you someone who you can hug or a person who needs to hug.  And remember...manifest manifest: Magick happens!

Well you may not always think so but remember, there is a reason for us all to be here. We have to make our lives magickal. Its not difficult. Simply start the day with the realization that YOU ARE SPECIAL and part of our wonderful Universe. Be thankful for what you have. Dont live in the past...you live in fear, dont live in the future cos you're not here. Live in the PRESENT and you live with grace. Then all the pieces will fall into place.
